Hotelchain rules

1. Check-out time is determined by the start of your stay (the moment you receive your room keys).
2. Payment is charged according to the selected 6-, 12-, or 24-hour rate.
3. For stays shorter than the 6-, 12-, or 24-hour rate, no refunds are given. Payment is made for the full calculated rate. The paid rate cannot be replaced.
4. For stays on the 6-, 12-, or 24-hour rates, late check-out or extended stays are subject to an additional charge equal to the 6-, 12-, or 24-hour rates, depending on the number of hours stayed beyond the established rate. Charges are calculated starting 10 minutes after the end of the previous period.
5. A hotel room is provided to the Guest upon presentation of a valid identity document, in accordance with the requirements of Russian Federation Law and issued in the prescribed manner, and upon signing of the hotel services agreement. Foreign nationals must confirm accommodation availability with the hotel staff in advance.
6. Guests with children under 3 years of age may stay with the option of feeding and changing them without providing a bed for a period of one to three hours (this service applies to one adult and one or more children under 3 years of age). This service is not available at all hotels. Please check the hotel's policies for details.
7. Accommodation requirements for children with disabilities and their companions must be clarified directly with the hotel.
8. If a guest fails to comply with sanitary and hygienic standards, the hotel reserves the right to insist on forced eviction.
9. The hotel administration reserves the right to refuse services to individuals suspected of being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or psychotropic substances.

1. Children aged 5 and under stay free in their parents' room, without an extra bed. A fee is charged for children aged 5 and over, for adults using an extra bed, and for children aged 5 and under using an extra bed in a room, according to the hotel's price list.
2. Guests are entitled to invite one visitor to their room from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM when purchasing the entire room. If a visitor remains in the room after 11:00 PM, they must check in and pay for the accommodation according to the hotel's price list. Visitors are accommodated subject to availability.
3. Guests are obligated to compensate the hotel for any loss or damage to hotel property and are also responsible for any violations caused by their invitees (visitors). The amount of damage is determined by the hotel management.

1. Smoking tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, and hookahs is prohibited in rooms and throughout the hotel grounds (corridors, lobbies, elevators, restaurant, etc.).
2. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
3. Guests are required to comply with Federal Law No. 15-FZ of February 23, 2013, "On the Protection of Citizens' Health from Exposure to Environmental Tobacco Smoke and the Consequences of Tobacco Consumption."

1. In Smart Hotel NEO early check-in from 12.00 a.m. to 02.00 p.m. is paid additionally at the rate of 50% cost of the stay.
2. In Smart Hotel NEO late check-out from 01.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. is paid additionally at 10% cost of the stay per 1 hour.
3. In case of late check-out or room renewal when staying at Smart Hotel KDO / Smart Hotel (6/12/24 hours rates), an additional payment is charged equal to 6/12/24 hours, depending on the number of hours of stay in excess of the established rate. 
   Accrual is made starting from 10 minutes following the end of the previous period.

1. Accommodation is payable during check-in or before check-in.
2. By reservation confirmation Guest accepts and agrees with the above-mentioned conditions, including cancellation procedure and no show rules.
3. All prices are in RUB. Payment is due in RUB. We accept payment by cash, by bank transfer or bank cards.

An unconfirmed reservation requires you to confirm your arrival 1-3 days before your stay date or make a payment. If you do not confirm and we are unable to reach you, your reservation will be automatically placed on a waiting list. In this case, the hotel cannot guarantee that there will be any available rooms on the date of your arrival. A confirmed reservation is a prepaid reservation for the first day or the entire stay. The prepayment can be refunded according to the hotel's policies. You can make a confirmed reservation on our official website.

1. If you notify the hotel of your cancellation before the day of arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full.
2. If you cancel your reservation on the day of arrival or in the event of a no-show, the deposit for the first night is non-refundable and is considered compensation for downtime. The reservation is canceled after these days.
3. You can cancel your reservation by sending an email to reservation@hotel-smart.ru, calling the hotline at 8 (800) 600-68-10, or notifying the hotel at the phone number listed on the official website.
4. If your stay is shortened, a refund will be made for services not actually rendered.

1. Bringing or storing substances, materials, or objects dangerous to human life in the hotel (room).
2. Leaving strangers (persons who have not completed and signed the hotel services agreement) in the room, or handing them room keys.
3. Using electric heating devices not included in the room.
4. Using hotel and room equipment for other purposes.
5. Disturbing the peace and quiet of other guests.
6. Bringing or storing firearms, gas, pneumatic, or other weapons, special devices, ammunition, devices, or ammunition on hotel premises. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation if a guest is in possession of weapons, special devices, ammunition, or ammunition.

1. Upon check-in, guests are required to familiarize themselves with the Fire Safety Regulations and sign a document confirming their mandatory compliance.
