The rules of reservation and stay

Accommodation rules

Check-in time is 2:00 PM local time. Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Payment is charged per night according to the check-in time.
For stays of less than one night, payment is made for the full check-in day according to the specified check-in time and check-out time.
Early check-in between 12:00 AM and 2:00 PM incurs an additional charge of 50% of the daily room rate.
Late check-out between 1:00 PM and 11:00 PM incurs an additional charge of 10% of the daily room rate per hour.
Late arrivals will not result in a recalculation of the service price and will not result in a refund.
A hotel room is provided to the Guest upon presentation of a valid identity document, in accordance with the requirements of Russian law and executed in the prescribed manner, and upon signing a hotel services agreement. Foreign citizens must first confirm the availability of accommodation with the hotel staff.
Guests with children under 3 years of age may stay with the possibility of feeding and changing them without providing a bed for a period of one to three hours (this service applies to one adult and one or more children under 3 years of age). This service is not available at all hotels. Please check the rules of the hotel for details.
Accommodation conditions for children with disabilities and their accompanying adults must be clarified directly with the hotel.
If a guest fails to comply with sanitary and hygienic standards, the hotel reserves the right to insist on forced eviction of the guest. The hotel administration reserves the right to refuse services to persons if there is a suspicion that such persons are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or psychotropic drugs.

Booking conditions

The hotel accepts reservations that require the guest to wait until check-out time (12:00 PM) on the day following the scheduled arrival date.
A prepayment may be required to confirm the reservation. Payment terms are displayed during the booking process on the official website and are also communicated to the hotel staff when booking at the hotel or by phone.
By confirming a hotel reservation, the Guest accepts and agrees to the terms of the Accommodation Rules, including the cancellation policy and the no-show policy.

Extra charge

Children aged 5 and under stay free in their parents' room, without an extra bed. A fee is charged for children aged 5 and over, for adults using an extra bed, and for children aged 5 and under using an extra bed in a room, according to the hotel's price list.
Guests are entitled to invite one visitor to their room from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM when purchasing the entire room. If a visitor remains in the room after 11:00 PM, they must check in and pay for the accommodation according to the hotel's price list. Visitors are accommodated subject to availability.
Guests are obligated to compensate the hotel for any loss or damage to hotel property and are also responsible for any violations caused by their invitees (visitors). The amount of damage is determined by the hotel management.

No smoking

Smoking tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, and hookahs is prohibited in rooms and throughout the hotel grounds (corridors, lobbies, elevators, restaurant, etc.).
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Guests are required to comply with Federal Law No. 15-FZ of February 23, 2013, "On the Protection of Citizens' Health from Exposure to Environmental Tobacco Smoke and the Consequences of Tobacco Consumption."

Early check-in / Late check-out

Early check-in from 12.00 a.m. to 02.00 p.m. is paid additionally at the rate of 50% cost of the stay.
Late check-out from 01.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. is paid additionally at 10% cost of the stay per 1 hour.

Terms of payment

Payment for accommodation is due upon arrival or prior to arrival.
Room rates include taxes.
Prices are quoted in rubles. Payment for accommodation is made in rubles. We accept cash, bank transfers, and bank cards from the following payment systems: Visa, MasterCard, and MIR.
In case of early departure before the scheduled check-out time, the guest is obligated to notify the hotel of the shortened stay and pay for any hotel services actually provided.
Guests who fail to pay for their stay are obligated to vacate the room or are subject to forced eviction.
Children 5 years of age and younger are accommodated free of charge in their parents' room, provided they do not have an extra bed. A fee is charged according to the hotel price list for children over 5, adults in an extra bed, or for children under 5 in an extra bed.

Cancellations

If you notify the hotel of your cancellation before the day of arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full.
If you cancel your reservation on the day of arrival or in the event of a no-show, the deposit for the first night is non-refundable and is considered compensation for downtime. The reservation is canceled after these days.

If your stay is shortened, a refund will be issued for services not actually rendered.

It is prohibited in the hotel

Bringing or storing substances, materials, or objects dangerous to human life in the hotel (room).
Leaving strangers (persons who have not completed and signed the hotel services agreement) in the room, or handing them room keys.
Using electric heating devices not included in the room.
Using hotel and room equipment for other purposes.
Disturbing the peace and quiet of other guests.
Bringing or storing firearms, gas, pneumatic, or other weapons, special devices, ammunition, devices, or ammunition on hotel premises. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation if a guest is in possession of weapons, special devices, ammunition, or ammunition.

Fire safety
